Dr. Kathleen and the whole staff are very accomodating.Me and my family felt comfortable the first time we visited the place. I appreciate how they are patient with my children. Highly recommended dental facility!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Kathy, Dr. Chong, and their entire team. Dr. Chong recently performed a dental implant for me, and I have been extremely pleased with the process and results so far. Dr. Kathy is wonderful as well—kind, professional, and genuinely concerned about her patients. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and highly professional. The office is always clean, organized, and inviting. I live in Gwinnett County and travel all the way to Sandy Springs for my appointments. While the drive and traffic can be challenging at times, I never mind making the trip because I know I will receive outstanding care and service when I arrive. It’s rare to find a dental practice where every experience is consistently positive, but that has been my experience here. I have absolutely no complaints and would highly recommend Dr. Kathy, Dr. Chong, and their team to anyone looking for exceptional dental care.

I've been a patient of Vernon Woods dental for a couple of years now. I can confidently say that this is a wonderful dental practice. Dr. Kathy is a great doctor, she does good dental work, and is very thorough. I came in for a root canal as recommended by my previous dentist(who has retired now), and after drilling a little into my tooth, she found out it was just some tooth decay that was causing my tooth to hurt, and she just cleaned it out and put a filling on it and did not perform any unnecessary surgery. That was three years ago and I've never had any issues with my tooth since then. She also had to change my old crown on of my other tooth because the previous one cracked and she did a beautiful job. She is gentle and put you at ease when she senses that you are nervous prior to performing surgery. This office also offers a variety of other services such as implants and teeth whitening. My whole family comes here, they accept both adults and kids. The office itself is very clean and modern. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable. I would highly recommend coming here, it is such a pleasant experience.

I’ve had a really good experience here. Dr. Kathy took the time to listen to my concerns and never made me feel rushed. I recently got a retainer from her office and it fits perfectly — very comfortable and no pain at all on my lower teeth. I also want to give a special thank you to Hanna for the dental cleaning service. She was gentle, thorough, and made the whole experience much more comfortable. The team is professional, caring, and easy to communicate with. I truly appreciate the care I’ve received here.

My hygienist was very nice, very communicative, and did a great job of cleaning my job. Dr Kathy came in after. She's very personable and went over my X-rays showing some upcoming cavity issues. They are no pressure and help put me as ease.
